LaserPecker LP5 Assembly
Assemble the Electric Stand
Use the Hex Key H2.5 to install the 4 M4 screws at the bottom of the Base Plate to secure the Electric Stand.
Attach the Laser unit to the Electric Stand by turning the knob counter-clockwise.
Remove the field lens cover.
Tip:
Please make sure to remove the field lens cover every time you use the machine. If you forget to remove it, the laser emitted from the laser unit will be blocked by the cover. If you do not use the machine for a long time, please reinstall the lens protector cover to prevent the field lens from getting dusty.
Assemble the Conical Protective Cover
Place the Conical Protective Cover below the Laser Unit. Secure the cover to the Laser Unit by tightening the 2 screws on top of the cover counter-clockwise. (Always avoid touching the lens)
Attach the Front Light Filter to the Cornical Protective Cover.
Connect the Cornical Protective Cover cable to the Laser unit.
Install the pipe to the Cornical Protective Cover.
Connect 1 (pipe) to 2 (pipe adapter) by screwing them together
Attach them to 3 (exhaust fan of the Conical Protective Cover)
Extend the other end of the pipe out the window or connect it to the air purifier.
The air purifier is not included in the basic package. Purchase one separately if needed.
Correct Cable Connection for LP5
LaserPecker LP5 requires a 24V/7.5A power adapter. Failure to use the compatible power adapter can result in poor power supply and unstable laser output.
Ensure the Security Key Inserted Properly Before Use
Tips:
To prevent others (children or others who do not know the operation of the laser) from using your machine without permission, you can lock the machine by removing the security key.
Ensure the Security Key is inserted properly before use. Please note the machine will not work if the Security Key is not inserted.
