Dual Red Spots Focusing
After connecting the machine, activate the [Red Light Stay] function in the LDS software. This feature uses two red light dots to help you find the best focal length for the LP5.
As shown in the image below, use the up or down button on the Electric Stand to adjust the height of the Laser Unit until the two red dots align. This will set the focus of the LP5 correctly.
FYI: The recommended focal length for the LP5 is 152 mm (±2 mm) from the bottom of the field lens to the surface of the material.
