How to Find My Machine's Firmware Version

To ensure your LaserPecker machine is running smoothly and has the latest features, it's important to check its firmware version. Here's how you can easily find the firmware version for both PC software and mobile app users:

For LDS PC Software Users

For LaserPecker Design Space (PC Software) users, there is one way to find your machine's firmware version.

Step 1: Connect your LP machine to LDS software via Bluetooth or the Cable

Step 2: Click on the "Settings" icon

Step 3: In the "Firmware Version" section, you'll see your machine's firmware version.

For LDS App Users

We have two versions of the LaserPecker app. Follow the appropriate steps based on which app you're using:

LaserPecker Design Space App

For LaserPecker Design Space app users, there are two ways to find your machine's firmware version.

Method 1: Via User Section

Step 1: Connect your LP machine to the app via Bluetooth

Step 2: Go to "User" and then to "My Device". You'll see your firmware version listed. For example, if it says "Firmware: 654", your LP4 machine has firmware version V6.5.4.

Method 2: Via "Settings" icon

Step 1: Connect your LP machine to the app via Bluetooth

Step 2: Go to the "Create" section

Step 3: In the "Creation" page, tap the "Settings" icon at the top right corner

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and you will find your firmware version

LaserPecker App

For LaserPecker app users, there is only one way to find your machine's firmware version.

Step 1: Connect your LP machine to the app via Bluetooth

Step 2: Go to "User" and then to "My Device". You'll see your firmware version listed. For example, if it says "Firmware: 654", your LP4 machine has firmware version V6.5.4.
