1. How to create an account in LDS App & Software?
LDS App:
Step 1. Tick the checkbox for "service conditions" & "privacy policy"
Step 2. Tap "Create account"
Step 3. Enter your email address
In this step, you'll need to enter your email address for verification.
If the email is invalid, you'll be prompted to "enter your email account information."
If the email is valid, you'll proceed to the "code verification" interface.
Step 4. Enter the "Verification Code" sent to your email.
Step 5. Set up a password for your new account.
*If you don't receive the verification code, you have two options to complete the registration:
Choice one: Resend code
This option allows you to request the verification code again. If you still don't receive it, move on to the next option.
Choice two: Click "Didn't receive the code?"
This option lets you skip the verification code and finish the registration. Just re-enter your email and password, then click "Create Account."
LDS Software:
Step 1. Click "Sign up" on the login screen
Step 2. Enter your email address and password
On the "Sign up" screen, start by entering your email address and password.
Step 3. Click "Send Code"
After clicking "Send Code," check your email for the verification code.
Step 4. Enter the "verification code" and tick the checkbox for "Service Conditions" & "Privacy Policy."
Step 5. Click "Sign up"
After clicking "Sign Up," follow the instructions and click "Confirm" in the pop-up window.
2. How to reset a lost or forgotten password in LDS App & Software?
If you've lost or forgotten your password, don't worry. Here's how to reset it in the LDS App & Software.
LDS App:
Step 1. Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen.
Step 2. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click "Verify".
Step 3. Check your inbox for the verification code, then enter it.
Step 4. Set a new password.
LDS Software:
Step 1. Click "forgot the password" on the sign-in screen
Step 2. Enter your email address and request a verification code
Step 3. Click "Send Code."
Step 4. Enter the verification code and click "Next" to finish.
Troubleshooting: Unable to receive verification code
If you can't receive the verification code, please try the following:
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address.
- There may be a delay in receiving the code. Wait about 5 minutes and try again.
- Remember that there's a daily limit on how many codes you can request. If you reach this limit, try again the next day.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and switch to mobile data (for iOS, ensure the app has mobile data permission enabled in your settings).
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check if your inbox is full. If it is, clear some space and try again.
- Check if you use a common email provider like Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, etc. We recommend registering a new account with one of these providers.

Troubleshooting: Unable to reset password
If you can't reset password, please try the following:
- Ensure your software or app is up to date. (Download the latest version: LaserPecker Software and LaserPecker App)
- Double-check that your account information is correct.
- Disconnect from Wi-Fi and try logging in with mobile data to rule out network issues.

Troubleshooting: Unable to log in or sign up
If you can't log in or sign up, follow these steps:
- Did you receive a system prompt after entering your account and password? If so, please contact us through a ticket form.
- If there's no prompt, disconnect from Wi-Fi and try logging in with mobile data to rule out network issues.
- If you forgot your password and didn't receive the verification email, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us through a ticket form.
