Issue Description:
"All cloud files saved using the LDS Android App have been lost. Is there a way to recover them?"
Causes:
1. Cloud files don't load without Wi-Fi
Since Android cloud storage has no file number limit, to prevent large amounts of data usage without Wi-Fi, cloud files won't load automatically if you aren't connected to Wi-Fi. Once you connect to Wi-Fi, the cloud files will be automatically loaded.
2. Incorrect cloud storage operation
On Android, the cloud storage feature must be turned on for files to be saved to the cloud. Otherwise, files will be saved locally and won't be uploaded to the cloud.
Solutions:
1. Before saving files to the cloud, ensure that cloud storage is enabled and that Wi-Fi is connected.
2. If you're still unable to resolve the issue, please provide your account information and contact us via Ticket Form to help recover your files.
3. In the next version, this feature will be improved. The number of cloud files you can upload will be limited to 15 (to match iOS and PC). Files you've already uploaded will be kept safe and unaffected. Additionally, the restriction that prevents cloud files from loading without Wi-Fi will be removed, so you'll be able to load files using mobile data as well.
