1. Ensuring the laser unit is firmly attached is crucial for achieving the best engraving results.

2. The hand screws are only for securing the laser unit. When moving the Safety Enclosure, hold the main body rather than the laser unit handle to prevent damage.

#2 Connect the Laser Unit to the Safety Enclosure

Plug in the two USB-A adapter cables and the DC power adapter cable in the order shown in the image below.

1. Use the correct DC power adapter for your Laser Unit. Using the wrong one may cause voltage issues and affect engraving quality.

2. Avoid crossing the USB-A cables, as it may disrupt communication.

3. Remember to insert the Security Key (For LP5 machine)

#3 Check the Emergency Stop Button

Before using, make sure the Emergency Stop Button is released by turning it clockwise. If an emergency occurs, press the button to stop the machine immediately. After resolving the issue, turn the button clockwise to resume normal operation.

#4 Configure the Network for the Camera

Make sure the laser unit and camera are connected to the same network. This enables seamless communication and activates all camera functions.

#5 Perform Tolerance Compensation Calibration

Due to assembly tolerances, you need to perform the Tolerance Compensation Calibration. This process requires you to adjust the height of the Base Plate inside the Safety Enclosure to find the optimal focal length. This step helps to improve the engraving quality.
