This guide will help you ensure the camera works properly by focusing on these three key points.
#1 Successful Camera Network Configuration
① Configure your camera's network first.
② If the camera network configuration is successful but you still can't get snapshots, please refer to Camera not found for troubleshooting.
#2 Sufficient Lighting
① Ensure the processing area is well-lit. Poor ambient lighting can result in low-quality snapshots.
② You can adjust the “Floodlight Brightness” by clicking the “⚙” icon and increasing or decreasing the brightness as needed.
#3 Material Selection and Placement
3.1 Material selection
Place the material to be engraved on a diffuse material, such as black cardstock paper, which can serves as the background. Ensure the colors of the engraved material and the background material are different to help the camera recognize the outline.
Avoid high-reflective materials for engraving or as the background, as these can interfere with the camera's recognition.

Make sure the thickness of the material to be engraved isn't too big, as it may confuse the camera and cause it to mistake the side for the front.
Don't use hollow material, or material with tangles or complex shapes, which would also confuse the camera.
3.2 Material Placement
The material to be engraved should be placed in the available engraving area. Keep a spacing of at least 2mm between materials. Arrange all materials in the same direction to help the camera distinguish between individual pieces and ensure consistent batch engraving results.
