Android APP users can downgrade the firmware according to the following steps.
Step 1: Connect the machine and click the settings ⚙️ icon.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the menu. Find the Firmware Version and click 5 times to open the downgrade pop-up window.
Step 3: Select the version of the firmware to be downgraded
After the firmware downgrade menu pops up, choose the firmware version to be downgraded to and click "Start Downgrading".
Step 4: After the firmware downgrade is completed, disconnect and then reconnect the machine.
For iOS
Follow these steps to downgrade the firmware on iOS apps.
Step 1: Download the old firmware
A link to download the V6.5.3 firmware is provided at the bottom of the article. Open and store it in a custom folder.
Step 2: Connect the machine and click on "Settings".
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the menu. Find the Firmware Version and click 5 times to open the downgrade pop-up window.
Step 4: Ready to downgrade
Click the icon, find the folder where the firmware was previously stored, open it, and then click the firmware package to downgrade.
Step 5: After the firmware downgrade is completed, disconnect and then reconnect the machine.
