LP5 Fails to Connect to Previously Configured Wi-Fi

  • Updated

Problem Description

If you find that your LP5 device is unable to connect to a previously configured WiFi network during use, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Troubleshooting

  1. Check if the Wi-Fi password has been changed. If it has, you'll need to reconnect the LP5 device to the network.

  2. Check the machine status light. A white blinking light indicates that the LP5 is offline and not connected to Wi-Fi. Try restarting the LP5 to reconnect it. When the LP5 status light blinks blue, it means it's connected to Wi-Fi.

  3. Verify if there's an issue with the Wi-Fi device itself.
