Here, we've compiled a list of all the frequently asked questions about new CraftZone and old Community data migration.
- The new CraftZone will only be available on the V5.8.0 or above version of the LaserPecker Design Space App.
- You can continue using all the features of the old community on the V5.6.X or earlier version of the LaserPecker Design Space App or the LaserPecker App.
- The migration feature is available for one-time use only, so please proceed with caution.
- The migration service will be available for 6 months, after which it will be discontinued. Please complete the migration as soon as possible if needed.
- The data you posted in the old community, including: machine model, material, print size, time, resolution, power, depth, images, dynamic descriptions, and operation steps, will be migrated to the "Drafts" section of the new CraftZone.
- Due to differences between the new CraftZone and the old community, these data cannot be migrated.
- Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have backed up or processed any important data before deleting it.
- No, only posts that you have published can be migrated, downloaded content cannot be migrated.
- Yes, those posts will still be available, but they will not be migrated to the new CraftZone. You can view them in the download list of the old community.
- Yes, you will still be able to view the post in your download list within the old community.
- Yes, the old community's original features remain available, and you will still be able to make posts.
- Migration may take some time. If you still don't see any content in your "Drafts" after 24 hours, please go to APP > User > Help & Feedback to give feedback and contact our customer service for further assistance.
- Yes, once all required fields are completed, you can publish and share your posts.
