Here, we've compiled a list of all the frequently asked questions about the new account system.

  • That means you can now log into LaserPecker websites and applications with a single account, including LaserPecker official web shop, LaserPecker software and mobile apps and LaserPecker design community - CraftZone.

    Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email as well.

  • Enjoy one account for all platforms (LaserPecker official Web Shop, LDS, CraftZone). If you have an existing account, you may continue logging in with it. However, a prompt may ask you to change password to reactivate the account.

    Correspondingly, we have also updated our Terms of Use (Terms) & Privacy Policy. You can review the updated Terms and the updated Privacy Policy.
