Problem Description
The preview frame is not visible during the preview stage in LaserPecker Design Space (LDS). This makes it difficult to accurately align your design on the material.
Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: Check the Front Door and Laser Brightness
(1) Open the front door and check if the preview frame appears.
(2) If it appears, close the front door and adjust the laser brightness.
If the brightness is too low or the material absorbs too much light, the preview frame may become invisible after closing the door.
Step 2: Inspect and Clean the Laser Output Lens
(1) Check the laser output lens for dirt or foreign objects.
(2) Clean the lens gently with a lint-free cloth moistened with alcohol if needed.
Step 3: Verify Power Adapter Specifications
(1) Ensure the power adapter provides at least 12V/5A.
(2) If necessary, replace the adapter and reconnect the machine.
