Troubleshooting Steps

LX2 verifies the proper installation of the Riser Base by detecting whether its screws are securely fastened. This error message usually appears when the screws are damaged, missing, or not tightened properly. In these cases, the machine may fail to detect the Riser Base as required, triggering an alarm. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Check the Riser Base

The connection between the LX2 and the Riser Base is secured by six M3*12 screws. The two screws on the top-left side of the Baser Plate are used for status detection. Please ensure these two screws are intact and are properly installed in their slots.

If a screw is damaged, you can replace it with a spare from the Toolbox. If you have run out of spare screws, you can contact customer support at support@laserpecker.com for a replacement or purchase them from a local hardware store. You can also try using M3*14 screws; they work similarly to the M3*12 screws but are slightly longer.
