Exhaust Fan Cleaning Instructions
Step 1: Power off the machine. Use a hex key (H2.5) to remove the three M3 screws securing the exhaust duct, as well as the four M3 screws on the exhaust vent cover.
Step 2: Disconnect the exhaust fan power cable, then remove the screws securing the fan and take out the fan unit.
Step 3: Use tissues, cotton swabs, or similar tools dipped in clean water or alcohol to wipe off ash and dust from the fan blades and internal surfaces.
Step 4: Clean the inner surface of the exhaust fan as well.
Step 5: Reinstall the fan and reconnect the power cable.
Step 6: Reattach the exhaust vent cover and exhaust duct as originally assembled.
Cleaning Frequency
1. When removing and reinstalling the exhaust pipe, avoid hitting it with sharp objects or scratching it.
2. When reinstalling the fan, make sure it is facing the correct direction.
