1. Conical Protective Cover Installation
(1) Remove the field lens cover first. Turn the Laser Unit upside down and place the conical Protective Cover on top of it. Tighten the two screws on the top of the Protective Cover to secure it to the Laser Unit.
(2) Attach the Front light filter to the machine.
2. Electric Stand Assembly
(1) Flip the Electric Stand together with the Base Plate. Align the screw holes on the Base Plate with those at the bottom of the stand, insert the screws, and tighten them fully with the H2.5 hex key to secure the stand to the Base Plate.
(2) Align the mounting holes at the bottom of the Laser Unit with the fixed screws on the support plate of the Electric Stand. Place the Laser Unit onto the stand, then secure it by turning the knob beneath the stand counter-clockwise until it is locked.
3. Cable Connection
(1) Connect the Power Cable and Power Adapter, then insert it into the DC power port on the Laser Unit.
(2) Connect the Protective Cover Cable to the USB port on the Laser Unit.
(3) Using the 0.6m USB-A to USB-C cable, connect the USB-A end to the USB port on the Laser Unit.
(4) Connect the USB-C end to the power port on the Electric Stand.
4. Check the Security Key
To activate the laser, insert the Security Key into the dedicated port on the back of the device (marked with the safety lock icon 🗝). Please note that the machine will not operate if the Security Key is not inserted, and an error prompt will appear in the application/software.
