Problem Description
When this issue occurs, you'll see a pop-up error message that says: "Unrecognized File".
Why this happens
This error typically occurs because the software does not currently support the file format you are trying to import. While LDS allows you to import files by dragging and dropping them directly onto the canvas, an error will occur if the dragged file's format is not supported.
Currently, LDS supports the following file formats:
- G-code
- JPG / JPEG / TIF / PNG / BMP
- SVG / DXF
