Problem Description
After connecting to power, the machine remains unresponsive and won't turn on.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check the power cable
Check whether the power cable on the DC 24V input port at the back of the machine is loose. Unplug and re-plug the cable to ensure it is securely connected.
2. Check the power adapter
Verify that the power adapter is receiving power. Ensure that the indicator light on the power adapter is illuminated, and confirm that the connection between the power adapter and the power cable is secure.
3. Check the Electric Stand and Fan
Check whether the indicator light on the Electric Stand is illuminated, and verify that the fan of the Conical Protective Cover is functioning properly.
- Indicator Light On: Machine is on and USB port is supplying power normally.
- Indicator Light Off: Machine is off and USB port has no power.
