LP2 Plus No Laser Output

  • Updated

If no laser beam is visible or the machine does not engrave during Preview or Engraving, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Warning
Even if no laser beam is visible, the laser may still be active. Always wear protective goggles and follow safety guidelines during testing.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Remove the Lens Protective Cover

Before first use, make sure the protective cover on the laser lens has been removed.

If the cover is still in place, the laser beam may be blocked and no engraving will be visible.

2. Check the Security Key

Make sure the security key is fully inserted into the port on the back of the Laser Unit. Push it in firmly until it is securely in place.

If the safety key is not properly inserted, the machine will not activate the laser.

3. Check the Power Adapter

Make sure you are using a 24V / 5A power adapter or higher. Verify that the adapter is properly connected and receiving power.

If the power supply is insufficient, the machine may turn on but fail to activate the laser.

4. Check the Laser Lens

check the lens surface for dust or debris. If needed, clean it using a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with alcohol.

A blocked or dirty lens may prevent the laser from working properly.
