LP2 Plus Maintenance

  • Updated

Regular maintenance of the LaserPecker LP2 Plus helps ensure stable performance and extends the lifespan of the machine. Follow the steps below to clean and maintain key components.

Warning
Please perform all maintenance and cleaning with the device powered off.

1. Field Lens Maintenance

If laser power attenuation occurs, such as when engraving patterns appear shallow or uneven, it may be caused by dust or dirt on the laser output lens. Clean the lens using a lint-free cloth moistened with alcohol.

3. Protective Cover Exhaust Fan Cleaning

With extended machine operation, dust may accumulate and block the exhaust fan or smoke outlet. In such cases, use a screwdriver to remove the fan from the protective cover and then clean both the fan and the interior. This will ensure proper ventilation and prevent exhaust issues.
