Unexpected Return to Canvas After Canceling a Job:
After canceling the processing task, clicking "Process Again" could occasionally return the software to the Canvas instead of continuing the process. (Fixed; "Process Again" now correctly process again.)
-
Fixed Camera Calibration Pop-up Issue:
Resolved an issue where pop-up messages could display abnormally during camera calibration when using the multifunction button. (Fixed; All prompts now display correctly throughout the calibration process.)
Tips
For better results in high-speed mode, set Overscan Distance ≥ 40 mm in the software.
LDS Beta v3.2.2
1. New & Enhanced Features
-
Added Real-Time USB File Framing Preview
After inserting a USB drive containing G-code files with pre-configured engraving parameters, the software will automatically scan and display the available files. Users can select a file to preview its framing path before starting processing.
-
Added Honeycomb Bed Positioning & Calibration
Before using the honeycomb bed, users can place it on the base plate and complete calibration for more precise positioning and alignment of processing patterns.
To ensure accurate camera recognition, avoid covering the 4 Visual Reference Markers on the honeycomb bed during calibration and processing.
-
Added Material Parameter QR Code Generation
Supports generating QR codes for material parameters, enabling easier storage and reuse of material settings.
This feature is designed for repeated processing on the same material, allowing users to save optimized engraving and cutting parameters for quick recall. The QR code can be printed or engraved onto a suitable carrier. When performing the same type of processing again, the machine camera can recognize the QR code and automatically load the corresponding settings into the software, eliminating the need to manually re-enter parameters. It also supports storing combined engraving and cutting parameter sets.
-
Added Engraving Density Guidance
Users can now click the information icon next to the engraving density setting to view a detailed explanation of the current parameter.
-
Added Hidden Element Notification for Groups
When grouped objects contain hidden elements, the software will display a clear notification during preview or before processing to alert users that hidden elements are included.
-
Added SVG Export Support
Supports exporting canvas content as SVG vector files.
-
Added Recommended Parameters for LX2 High-Speed Mode
When High-Speed Mode is enabled, the software will automatically recommend and apply optimized processing parameters based on the selected material type.
High-Speed Mode is only available for Fill engraving.
2. Stability Fixes & Bug Resolutions
-
Fixed Region Selection Box Display Issue
After the LSO login session expired, the region selection box remained visible and could not close automatically, affecting normal operation. (Fixed; the region selection box now closes correctly and the interface returns to normal.)
-
Fixed Star & Polygon Parameter Update Issue
When editing stars or polygons, changes to parameters such as point count and corner radius did not apply correctly, and the shapes failed to update in real time. (Fixed; parameter changes now apply correctly and shapes update instantly based on the new settings.)
-
Fixed Line Rendering Issues After Canvas Zooming
After importing external project files and zooming on the canvas, lines could appear broken, overlapping, or misaligned. (Fixed; lines now display correctly after zooming without distortion or rendering issues.)
-
Fixed Processing Issues with Hidden Elements in Groups
Hidden elements inside grouped objects could still appear in preview animations or be mistakenly processed during engraving. (Fixed; hidden elements are now excluded from preview paths and skipped correctly during processing.)
-
Fixed Overscan Inconsistency for Rotated Filled Text
Filled text rotated by 90° could produce inconsistent engraving results in Overscan mode compared to its original orientation. (Fixed; rotated filled text now delivers consistent engraving results in Overscan mode regardless of orientation.)
-
Fixed Display Issues for Recommended Parameters in Material Test Array
Default recommended parameter descriptions for some materials in the Material Test Array were displayed incorrectly. (Fixed; all recommended parameter descriptions now load and display correctly.)

2. Stability Fixes & Bug Resolutions
-
Fixed Connection Device Dialog Response Delay Issue
After logging in, clicking the connection button in the upper-right corner would occasionally fail to respond, requiring multiple clicks to open the device connection dialog. (Fixed; the dialog now appears immediately upon clicking the connection button, with stable response and no need for repeated clicks.)
-
Fixed Rotary Extension Mode Switch Failure Issue
When a Rotary Extension was connected, the system prompted to switch from Base Plate Mode to Rotary Extension Mode, but clicking “Confirm” failed to change the mode. (Fixed; the mode now switches correctly to Rotary Extension Mode upon confirmation.)
-
Fixed Overscan Settings Save Failure Issue
After adding a fill pattern or image to the canvas and modifying the Overscan parameters, saving, closing, and reopening the .lp2 file would cause the Overscan settings to be lost. (Fixed; the modified Overscan parameters are now saved correctly and persist when the file is reopened.)
