LX2 Main Control Board Port Troubleshooting Guide

When the LaserPecker LX2 machine encounters issues—such as the top cover not being detected, the exhaust fan not working, or the device button becoming unresponsive—it is recommended to check whether the relevant main control board ports and cables are intact and properly connected.

This guide provides an overview of all ports on the LX2 Main Control Board to help you locate and verify the correct connections.

Warning 
Before opening the device or inspecting the main control board, make sure the power is fully disconnected.

1. Removing the Protective Cover

(1) Disconnect all cables and remove the Security Key.

(2) Use a H2.5 mm hex key to loosen all screws marked in red in the diagram.

(3) Lift and remove the protective cover.

2.1 Left-to-Right Port Group

The ports inside the red box are arranged from left to right:

① Flame Sensor 1 & 2

② Flame Sensor 3 & 4

③ LX2 Top Cover Detection

④ Riser Base Front Door Detection
