Issue Description
The machine does not respond or boot when the power is turned on.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check the power adapter connection.
Ensure the adapter is properly connected. The adapter has an indicator light that should remain steadily lit when powered correctly.
2. Verify the input power supply.
The LX2 requires a DC 24V / 10A power supply. Make sure your outlet provides the correct voltage and current.
3. Check the Emergency Stop Button.
Make sure the button is released (not pressed). When pressed, the machine’s power is cut off.
4. Test for wiring or device short circuits.
Disconnect all cables except the power adapter, then turn on the power switch. If the machine starts normally, a short circuit may exist in the device or other wiring.
