LP4 Safeguard Won't Power On

Problem Description

After connecting to power, the LP4 Safeguard remains unresponsive and won't turn on.

Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Check DC-DC Connections

  • Inspect the DC-DC cable connections between the LP4 and the Standard Enclosure, as well as the power adapter.
  • Make sure all connectors are securely plugged in.

Step 2: Verify Power Adapter

  • Ensure the power adapter is properly powered on.
  • The adapter's indicator light should stay lit when receiving power.

If the light is off:

  • Try a different power outlet.
  • Or use another 24V/5A power adapter.

Step 3: Check Emergency Stop Switch

  • Confirm that the emergency stop switch is released.
  • When activated, the emergency stop will cut power to the machine.
