Problem Description
The LX2 does not emit a beeping sound during normal operation, including power-on, task start or completion, or safety alerts.
Troubleshooting
1. Check Software Settings
Verify that the "Beeping Sound" function is enabled in the LDS software.
(1) Connect the LX2 to the LDS software and open Device Settings.
(2) Go to Mode Settings and ensure that Beeping Sound is turned ON.
2. Inspect the Hardware
If the beeping sound is enabled in the software but no sound is emitted, the buzzer hardware may be faulty.
(1) Power off the device.
(2) Remove the rear protective cover of the LX2.
(3) Locate the buzzer on the mainboard and check for visible damage.
If the buzzer is damaged:

If no visible damage is found:
Please record a short video demonstrating the issue and send it to support@laserpecker.com
The video should clearly show:
- The Beeping Sound option is enabled in the LDS software.
- No buzzer sound is produced when the USB connection is connected or disconnected.
