If the Laser Module is loose or unstable during operation, the fastening screws on the Laser Module Mounting Base (dovetail slot interface) may be loose. Follow the steps below to inspect and tighten them.
Before proceeding, power off the device and allow it to cool completely.
Step 1 Remove the Laser Module
Power off the device. Disconnect the laser module cables, distance sensor cable, and air hose, then remove the laser module.
Step 2 Tighten the Mounting Base Screws
Inspect the fastening screws on the Laser Module Mounting Base.
If any screws are loose, use an H2.5 hex key to tighten them securely.
Step 3 Reinstall the Laser Module
Reinstall the Laser Module onto the LX2 and confirm that it is firmly mounted and no longer loose.
