Quick Assembly

Step 1: Stand Installation

  • Twist the Upper and Lower Rods together to form one long rod.
  • Secure the rod to the Base Plate using the Base Mounting Screw.
  • Slide the Sliding Block onto the rod and secure it in place.

Step 2: Laser Unit Installation

  • Rotate the Laser Unit clockwise onto the Sliding Block.
  • Level the unit.
  • Tighten the arm's ball head to secure the Laser Unit.

Step 3: Power Connection

  • Connect a USB-C power source with at least 5V/2A output.
  • Use the included charger for optimal performance, or any QC2.0-certified charger.

Step 4: Focusing

  • Slide the Sliding Block to adjust the height so that the distance between the laser lens and the material surface is exactly 200 mm.
  • Use the included ruler to ensure accuracy.

Software Connection

Note
Preparing for Bluetooth:
Power on the LP1 Plus. Wait for the indicator light: solid yellow → flashing blue.

(1) Open the LaserPecker Design Space App.

(2) Tap the "+" button in the top-right corner.

(3) Select your machine model: LP1 Plus.

(4) Tap Next to complete the connection.

Using the Product

Step 1: Accessing the Canvas

  • Connect your LP1 Plus to the LaserPecker Design Space App.
  • Tap Create to open the canvas.

Step 2: Importing Files

  • Import images, text, or patterns from the bottom toolbar.
  • Swipe the editing bar to adjust size and position as needed.

Step 3: Placing Material & Preview

  • Place the engraving material onto the Base Plate.
  • Tap Preview (top-right corner) to check settings.
  • Tap Next to go to the File Settings page.

Step 4: Sending File & Engraving

  • Set resolution, edit file name, then tap Send File.
  • Adjust engraving parameters as needed.
  • Tap Start to begin engraving.

Engraving Modes

Dithering Mode

  • Applied automatically when importing images from the album.
  • Usually requires longer engraving time than Fill Mode.

Fill Mode

  • Applied automatically for text or Clipart patterns.
  • More efficient than Dithering Mode.

Line Mode

  • Tap Stroke in the editing bar to switch from Fill Mode to Line Mode.
  • Engraves only the outline of the graphic.
