Problem Description
If the LaserPecker LP1 Plus does not emit a laser beam during Preview or Engraving, perform the following checks before contacting LaserPecker Support.
Always follow standard laser safety procedures during testing, even if no visible laser output is present.
Troubleshooting
1. Inspect and Clean the Lens
- Check the lens surface for dust, residue, or foreign objects.
- If contamination is found, clean the lens using a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with alcohol.
2. Verify the Power Adapter
- Ensure that the power adapter output meets the minimum requirement of 5V / 2A.
- If the power supply is insufficient, replace the adapter and test the device again.
