(1) Back button: return to the preview page.
(2) Object Name :Tap the input box to modify the file name.
(3) Laser Type: The engraving layer displays the engraving type (Image, Fill, Line, Cut).
(4) Laser Type: displays the laser source information. The 450 nm blue diode laser is suitable for engraving coated metals, anodized metals, 304 stainless steel, bamboo, wood, leather, food, paper, fabric, photosensitive stamps, plastic, acrylic, opaque glass, glazed ceramics, etc. The 1064 nm laser is suitable for engraving metals, plastic, and synthetic leather.
(5) Frequency:Controls how many laser pulses are fired per second (Hz). Higher frequency is good for detailed engraving. Lower frequency = more spaced pulses, deeper penetration—better for deep engraving
(6) Select the desired resolution. Resolution refers to the number of dots per unit area. Higher resolution means denser dots and smaller spacing, producing finer engraving results and displaying more image detail – but also increasing processing time. Lower resolution helps save processing time. Resolution options vary by machine model. The LP4 supports 1K, 2K, 4K, and 8K resolutions.
(7) Material: Tap Custom to select recommended parameters based on the engraving material.
If the material is not available in the material library, you can set custom processing parameters by entering values. Tap the icon on the right to save the custom parameters.
(8) Power (%): The output power of the laser during processing. Higher power results in deeper engraving or cutting. Value Range: [1, 100].
(9) Speed:The movement speed of the laser beam.
(10) Passes: The number of times the laser beam follows the processing path over the material. More passes result in deeper marks. Value Range: [1, 255].
(11) Save as material: Save engraving parameters to your material library for reuse.

1.6  Device Details(Mode Settings )

Processing Mode

image - 2026-10-15T113622.453.png

Base Plate

The default processing mode. It is suitable for engraving and cutting flat materials.

Rotary Extension

Ideal for processing cylindrical objects. After installing the Jaws / Stud Assembly, place the object on the rotary extension for engraving. The diameter/perimeter of the engraved objects must be entered before use.

 Slide Extension

1️⃣Slide Extension Mode :Connect the Slide Extension for engraving. Place the object on the Slide Extension, which replaces the Y-axis movement of the Laser Unit, suitable for engraving larger materials.

 Batch Mode

2️⃣The Slide Extension acts as a carrier, moving flat materials to the designated engraving position for multi-file processing.

Versatile Electric Roller

1️⃣ Slab Mode: When enabled, the canvas length extends to 2000 mm, supporting longer flat materials.

2️⃣ Cylinder Mode: Supports engraving cylindrical objects such as wooden rods, water bottles, and cans.

3️⃣ Trolley Mode: An engraving mode exclusive to the LP2, allowing engraving on flat materials with extended length.

Device Setting

image - 2026-10-15T113753.401.png

Beeping Sound: When enabled, a beeping sound plays at the start and end of a job.

Batch Engraving: Enable this function after connecting the batch engraving button accessory. The button can then be used to preview and engrave the previous last transferred file.

Safety Mode

1️⃣Close Free Mode

(1) If the protective cover is not connected, Free Mode must be enabled to preview and engrave.

(2) If the protective cover is opened during engraving, the device will pause. To resume, close the cover and tap the Continue.

(3) When the protective cover is connected, ensure it is properly closed before previewing or engraving.

2️⃣Enable Free Mode

The device no longer detects whether the protective cover is correctly installed and closed.

Note: Although this mode allows the device to operate without a protective cover (Class 4 conditions), it is not recommended for safety reasons. When operating in this mode, you must wear laser safety goggles that meet certified standards, especially when there is a risk of laser beam exposure.

Laser Delay: When enabled, it results in a more even engraving effect.

Path Optimization: When enabled, engraving paths for vector data are optimized for higher efficiency.

Red Light Always on: Keeps the dual red dots (used for focusing) constantly lit.

Firmware Version: Displays the current firmware version of the machine.

Upload Logs: Upload software logs to help developers troubleshoot issues.

Laser delay: When enabled, it results in a more even engraving effect.

Path optimization: When enabled, engraving paths for vector data are optimized for higher efficiency.
