For Android
Android APP users can downgrade the firmware according to the following steps.
Step 1: Connect the machine and access the canvas. Then, click the ⚙️ icon to open the Mode Settings page.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the menu. Find the Firmware Version and click 5 times to open the downgrade pop-up window.
Step 3: Select the version of the firmware to be downgraded
After the firmware downgrade menu pops up, choose the firmware version to be downgraded to and click "Start Downgrading".
Step 4: After the firmware downgrade is completed, disconnect and then reconnect the machine.
For iOS
Follow these steps to downgrade the firmware on iOS apps.
Step 1: Connect the machine and access the canvas. Then, click the ⚙️ icon to open the Mode Settings page.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the menu. Find the Firmware Version and click 5 times to open the downgrade pop-up window.
Step 3: Select the version of the firmware to be downgraded
After the firmware downgrade menu pops up, choose the firmware version to be downgraded to and click "Start Downgrading".
Downgrade to V6.5.3
Step 1: Download the old firmware
A link to download the V6.5.3 firmware is provided at the bottom of the article. Save it in a custom folder.
Step 2: Ready to downgrade
Locate the folder where the firmware was saved, open it, and click the firmware package to downgrade.
Step 3: Reconnect
After the downgrade is complete, disconnect and then reconnect the machine.
