In the Material Test Array, when Power and Depth were set to 100% and both Rows and Columns were set to 1, the interface would abnormally display NaN. (Fixed; the interface now correctly displays power and depth values as 100%, with no NaN errors.)

When setting the rotation angle, the value would abnormally change to a negative number and display in red. (Fixed; the rotation angle now consistently displays as a positive value with normal color.)

Imported SVG files now render accurately on the canvas, with all layers maintaining correct relative positions. -
Added Loading Indicator for Boolean Operation:
A visual loading indicator now appears when performing Union, Subtract, Intersect, or other Boolean operations on multiple vector paths, improving feedback during processing. -
Fixed Parameter Editing in Preview Mode:
Users can now directly adjust dimensions, rotation, and position of graphics in Preview mode without needing to enable Outline Preview. -
Fixed Incomplete Bounding Box after "Exclude Intersection":

Added Support for LP2 Plus Model and Recommended Material Parameters:
We are pleased to announce that LaserPecker software now fully supports the new LP2 Plus model. This update also provides recommended parameters for a variety of materials for LP2 Plus. Users can connect and operate the LP2 Plus device via LDS PC software or the mobile app. A detailed user guide is available in the Support Center. -
Added Millimeter/Inch Unit Switching on PC:
The PC version now supports switching between millimeter and inch units. Users can select their preferred unit in settings. After switching, related settings including canvas grid, dimension labels, and coordinate input boxes will automatically update to the selected unit (mm or inch). Additionally, the smart snapping feature has been optimized for a smoother operation experience. -
Added Academy Entry on PC:
A new "Academy" entry has been added to the PC software homepage, providing access to tutorials and creative case studies for all LaserPecker models. Clicking on any tutorial will redirect users to the corresponding webpage for detailed instructions. -
Added Smoke Extraction Duration Setting for Standard Enclosure:
A new smoke extraction duration adjustment feature has been added to "Mode Settings". Supported models and firmware versions include: LP2 (377-399), LP2P (10300-10399), and LP4 (656-699). When the Standard Enclosure is connected, users can flexibly set the smoke extraction time according to their actual needs.
Bug Fixes

Fixed Failure to Open Cloud Projects:
Resolved an issue where projects saved to "My CloudSpace" from the PC software failed to open on iOS. After the fix, cloud projects can now be opened normally. -
Fixed Misalignment Issue When Applying the Outline Function in Text:
Applying the Outline function to text generated an outline that was incorrectly shifted to the right. After the fix, the outline is generated correctly.

Added Measuring Focus Function:
A new measuring focus function is now available during the preview stage. Users can manually measure the height from the bottom of the field lens to the surface of the object to be engraved. After entering the value and confirming, the laser unit will automatically move up or down to the focal point. After the software update, a new user guide will appear upon first use. Click the help button for detailed instructions. Supported models include LP2, LP3, LP4, and LP5.

The positions of various functional modules in the preview interface have been adjusted. Mobile devices now support both short presses for incremental lifting/lowering and long presses for continuous lifting/lowering of the electric stand. -
Updated Grayscale Embossing slicing range to 0–255 and added feature guidance:
The slice range for grayscale embossing has been uniformly modified to 0–255, and a help guidance for the slice range values has been added. -
Optimized PC software application framework to reduce crashes:
For Apple M1 chip devices, using certain fonts could cause the software to crash. This update upgrades the Electron framework, resolving font compatibility issues on M1 devices. -
Optimized Help Feature Guidance:
The content of the help documentation has been optimized. Clicking the corresponding link will now directly redirect you to the detailed help document. -
Optimized LP5 Wi-Fi network configuration process:
A new prompt has been added before Wi-Fi network configuration to remind users that the currently connected device will be disconnected during the process. -
Added more design assets in Clipart library:
This update enriches the Clipart library with a wealth of new resources, providing users with a broader range of design assets. If users need access to the full set of old clipart, we’ve created a guide indicating where these assets can be downloaded. You can access it here. -
Optimized connection reminder for accessories on PC:
After activating accessory modes (e.g., Versatile Electric Roller, Rotary Extension, Slide Extension), the software will now detect the connection status of the accessory. If the accessory is not detected, the system will promptly display a reminder notification, ensuring users complete the correct connection before operation. -
Added machine usage safety reminder:
For European users, to ensure your safety and full compliance with EU Laser Product Safety Standards (EN 60825-1), a reminder stating “use the laser with the protective cover installed” will be displayed upon connecting the device.

Fixed Occasional Freezing Issue During Material Test Array Engraving:
1. An occasional freezing issue may occur during Material Test Array engraving on LP5 devices. This issue can be resolved by upgrading the firmware of both the LP5 and the LP5 Wi-Fi module. The firmware upgrade option can be found on the Mode Settings page. Please upgrade to the following firmware versions: - LP5: V8.0.4 - LP5 Wi-Fi Module: V8.0.1.1.2 -
Fixed an issue where recommended parameters failed to sync when switching resolutions:
After selecting a material from the recommended parameters list, changing the resolution required reselecting the material for the new parameters to take effect. After the fix, recommended parameters will automatically update when switching resolutions. -
Fix issue of blank display after switching canvas page:
After disconnecting from a connected device, switching to a different canvas page would result in a blank display. After the fix, the canvas will display properly without any issues. -
Fixed issue with not localized content:
In the Clipart Custom section, when deleting custom cliparts, the pop-up window content was not correctly translated. After the fix, the pop-up content will be displayed appropriately based on language settings. -
Fixed failure to save some files when closing software with multiple canvas templates open:
When multiple canvas templates were open, some files failed to save correctly upon closing the software, leading to data loss. After the fix, all open canvas template files will be automatically saved when closing the software, ensuring data integrity and safety. -
Fixed Jagged Edges when scaling up SVG images:
When enlarging SVG graphics, some lines could display jagged edges (aliasing). After the fix, scaling up SVG graphics maintains smooth lines and clear, aliasing-free display. -
Fixed display of multiple outline frames upon SVG images:
Importing SVG graphics may be misinterpreted as containing multiple closed paths, resulting in the generation of multiple outline frames. After the fix, only one correct outline frame is generated. -
Fixed inability to engrave with 4K/8K Resolution when Rotary Extension is connected:
After connecting to rotary extension, selecting 4K or 8K resolution for engraving would cause the engraving operation not to execute, with the software incorrectly reporting completion. After the fix, engraving with 4K and 8K resolutions functions normally. -
Fixed inability to modify dimensions of Vertical Lines:
Vertical lines could not have the height dimension modified during property adjustments. After the fix, line dimensions can be edited normally. -
Fixed black background issue during camera refresh for Safety Enclosures:
Under poor network conditions, refreshing the camera background image could result in a black screen. After the fix, the camera background image loads and displays correctly. -
Fixed abnormal sorting functionality on Homepage:
Resolved an issue where custom sorting functionality on the homepage failed to work correctly. After the update, users can sort their works or project lists according to preset rules. -
Fixed abnormal multi-range Preview:
During the preview, adjusting an element's size or position resulted only in positional changes; the size did not update correctly. After the fix, both scaling and moving operations respond in real-time. -
Fixed unintended scaling when using Simplify or Smoothing functions:
When using the "Simplify" or "Smoothing" functions, the graphic could be unintentionally scaled, altering its dimensions. After the fix, the graphic is no longer scaled during these operations.

Fixed issue with camera template loss on Safety Enclosure:
The camera templates may disappear or unresponsive during use. After the fix, the camera template and snapshot now work stably. Compatible with LP5 firmware version: V8.0.3. -
Fixed issue with the "Outline" function on Android:
Using the "Outline" function on Android could cause lines to appear flattened or shifted. After the fix, the extracted lines will be properly displayed and positioned. -
Fixed UI text display issues on PC:
Some localized characters on PC software appeared incomplete or truncated. After the fix, all text elements now render correctly across supported languages. -
Fixed engraving issue when using 4K+ resolution on PC:
For machine models supporting engraving resolutions of 4K and above, the engraving pattern would appear enlarged and incomplete when engraving on PC. After the fix, images will be engraved correctly. -
Fixed Lift Precision issue for Safety Enclosure on PC:
After entering material thickness during processing, the height of the base plate was inaccurate. After the fix, the base plate now moves to the correct height position. -
Fixed "File content error" prompt when launching software on PC:
Eliminated false "File content error" message during software launch. -
Fixed continuous Lift Control of the Electric Stand on iOS:
Long pressing the up or down button through iOS App during preview would not control control the electric stand’s continuous movement. After the fix, the electric stand can move continuously while the button is held, and stop on released. -
Fixed issue with "Outline" text style display on iOS:

Fixed the camera template offset issue for the Safety Enclosure on iOS
After recalibrating the Safety Enclosure camera on the PC LDS software and saving to a template, using this template on iOS for engraving resulted in severe position offset. After the fix, engraving positions will remain consistent across PC, Android, and iOS when using the same template.

Fixed abnormal display issues when importing SVG files
On Android, importing SVG files caused misalignment and overlap issues on the canvas. On iOS, importing SVG files resulted in a blank display. After the fix, the SVG images will display correctly on the canvas.

Fixed issues with ungrouping and re-grouping SVG files
On the PC side, ungrouping and re-grouping SVG files caused some patterns to become mirrored. After the fix, the mirroring issue no longer occurs.

Fixed issue with "Exclude Selection" function
The "Exclude Selection" function removes the overlapping parts of two shapes. On iOS, activating this function resulted in "Union Selection" instead. On PC, the function couldn't be used. After the fix, iOS and PC correctly implement the "Exclude Selection" effect.

Fixed issues with Rotary Extension engraving, including retraction and layer lines
During the engraving process with the Rotary Extension, retraction could occur, leading to misaligned engravings or layer lines in the engraved patterns. The new software version has optimized its compatibility to resolve these issues.
