Here, we've compiled a list of all the frequently asked questions about orders.

  • After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. Once your item has shipped, we will send a Shipment Notification email, including your order number, shipping information, and tracking number. You can also check your shipment status anytime on our website.

    Updates regarding order modifications, refunds, and shipping changes will also be sent to you in real-time via email.

  • To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team promptly at services@laserpecker.com.

    If your order has not yet shipped, we can help you cancel or make changes. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.

  • LaserPecker may cancel an order and issue a refund in the following situations:
    • If your order is identified as high-risk, we will ask you to provide the necessary identification documents. If these documents cannot be provided, the order will be canceled and a refund issued.
    • If delivery to the specified address is not possible after consulting with our logistics provider, we will contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • For pre-order items, the expected arrival date at our overseas warehouse will be clearly shown on the product page. If there are multiple batches, we will indicate the arrival time for each batch. You may also contact us at any time to cancel your pre-order before shipment.
