LX2 Camera Positioning Guide

  • Updated

The LX2 is equipped with a top-cover camera to make processing more convenient. This camera allows you to:

  • Preview the processing area
  • Assist with material alignment
  • Precisely position your design on the material

Precautions Before Using the Camera

(1) Ensure the processing area is well-lit. Poor lighting can result in low-quality snapshots.

(2) Use a background color that contrasts with the material for better camera recognition.

(3) Avoid highly reflective materials, as they may prevent the camera from recognizing the processing area.

(4) Leave at least 2 mm of space between each piece of material to help the camera distinguish them.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Material and Base Plate

  • Place the material on the Base Plate.
  • Ensure the Base Plate is clean and all four calibration dots are unobstructed and free of stains.

Tips
(1) It is recommended to use the camera positioning function only when the Base Plate is installed.
(2) When using a Riser Base, the camera’s positioning accuracy may not be guaranteed.
(3) When processing with the Rotary Extension or Conveyor Feeder, use the red crosshair calibration method for accurate positioning.
