Overview
To provide a more stable and future-ready experience, LaserPecker is transitioning users from the LaserPecker App (Community Version) to the LaserPecker Design Space App, which will serve as the main application moving forward with continued updates and improvements.
As part of this transition, the LaserPecker App (Community Version) will no longer be maintained, and its availability in app stores may vary over time, while future development will focus on the LaserPecker Design Space App (LDS App).
We recommend using the LaserPecker Design Space App for the latest features and ongoing support.
1. Firmware & Device Experience
For LP1 Pro users, updating to the latest firmware is required to ensure full compatibility and a smooth experience with the LaserPecker Design Space App.
Keeping your device firmware up to date is necessary for optimal performance and compatibility.
2. App Download Availability
To ensure continued access during the transition period, both applications remain available for download depending on your needs.
(1) LaserPecker App (Community Version)
If you are unable to find the LaserPecker App (Community Version) in your mobile app store, you can download it here:

3. Account Compatibility
Your existing LaserPecker App account can be used directly in the LaserPecker Design Space App.
You can log in to the LDS App using the same credentials:

- Your existing password
No re-registration or additional setup is required.
4. What If You Can’t Use the LDS App?
If you are unable to use the LaserPecker Design Space App after updating your firmware, or if your device cannot be updated to the latest firmware version, please contact our user support team at support@laserpecker.com, or submit a support ticket through our support center.
